Shipping policy
We currently ship from Australia to most EU countries, US, Canada, NZ and the UK. If you have any troubles at checkout please reach out via email or social media DM so we can help resolve the issue.
Please note that some countries can be strict on goods that they allow across their borders, in the event that customs does not allow our package to be delivered, we intend to refund the item within 10-15 business days. We generally dispatch items within 5-7 business days but this can change with or without notice due to factors beyond our control. Please contact us directly if you have any queries regarding shipping and/or shipping rates.
